How do you ensure the quality of your thrifted items?
Every garment at Thrift Pony undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We check for stains, holes, and authentic branding to ensure you receive only high-quality, wearable vintage and pre-loved pieces.
What is your return policy for vintage clothing?
Due to the unique nature of secondhand items, all sales are final. However, if an item was significantly misrepresented in the description, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide detailed measurements (chest, waist, and length) in every product description. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
Are the clothes washed before being sold?
We steam all garments to sanitize them before shipping; however, we recommend that customers wash or dry-clean their items upon arrival according to the care label for the best results.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Thrift Pony ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
