At Thrift Pony, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. We offer store credit for returns initiated within 14 days of delivery to keep the cycle of sustainable fashion moving.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thrift Pony tags are still attached and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full purchase price minus shipping fees.
